Get ready to tee off for one of the most anticipated events in the Stortfordian Community calendar!

We’re thrilled to announce that the OS vs College Staff & Former Staff Golf Tournament returns in 2026, hosted at the stunning East Herts Golf Club, Buntingford – a venue rich in OS and College golfing tradition.

This annual showdown is all about great golf, good company, and a dash of friendly rivalry. It’s the perfect chance to reconnect with colleagues and Old Stortfordians, enjoy a day on a beautiful course, and compete for Stortfordian golfing glory!

Location: East Herts Golf Club, Hamels Lane, Buntingford, SG9 9NB

What awaits players?

• 10:00am – Coffee & bacon sandwiches
• 11:00am – First tee
• On-course challenges: Longest Drive & Nearest the Pin
• 4:30/5:00pm – Clubhouse meal: ham, eggs & chips (special dietary alternatives available) 
• 5:30pm – Prize giving

Tournament Format:

• 18-hole individual Stableford
• Longest Drive & Nearest the Pin competitions

Costs:

• EHGC Members: £22.50
• Guests: £70
